Gourmet Hamburgers
WineCountry.com’s Top 5 Picks for Napa Valley
(NAPA, CA) — Most of these gourmet burgers are served the traditional
way – mustard and ketchup condiments on the side, pickles, onions,
tomatoes (during late summer and fall – fresh from the garden),
and a side of french fries, or salad.
Martini House, however, is the one exception. The burger is
served only their way (which is fabulous). They don’t ask you
how you would like it cooked – it comes medium rare; and it is
not served with any of the traditional toppings: just a nice,
slightly sweet dressing akin to French. Don’t let the description
put you off – it is wonderful.
