The flavors of the food and wine flow together beautifully, adding another level to the tasting experience described as "a dance in your mouth." Start with smooth, creamy cheeses to pair with our white wines, moving to bold and savory cheeses to accompany the red wines. Each cheese plate is served with a nut cracker and fig preserves, uniquely made by Chef Karen.
