The Napa Valley Lodge accommodates groups of 5 to 50 in our three architecturally unique conference rooms.

Vintage Hall with its beamed, vaulted ceiling, Italian stone fireplace and covered, vineyard-view patio, offers an exquisite setting for executive retreats, board meetings, receptions and private dinners.

Estate Room is one of the new meeting rooms at the Lodge following it's complete $5 million renovation. This grand room is ideal for any group ranging in size up to 32 people for meetings, receptions and private dinners.

Vintner's Board Room, a stately room with an expansive table that comfortably seats 14 in the traditional board room configuration.

Catering - We provide a variety of buffet and boxed lunches. Menu samples are available upon request.

Hospitality Hour - A wide selection of hors d'oeuvres as well as Napa Valley wines and spirits can be supplied for your group's social gatherings.
