POLICIES

Hacienda House is a non-smoking property and we do no allow children or pets.

• The cancellation policy is 20 days prior to arrival. Cancellation will receive 50% (per night) of the full amount. No Exceptions.

• This cancellation policy is in effect immediately upon booking, with or without the signed confirmation.

• A $50 per night processing fee will be charged for any cancellation at anytime after the reservation is made.
