WEDDING LOCATIONS
Harvest Inn offers six different venues – Vineyard Terrace, Manor House Lawn, Vineyard View Room, Rose Vin Lawn, Fountain Terrace, Fountain View - for the wedding ceremony, reception, and other beautiful, wedding pictures and for your guests to enjoy all of the wedding festivities. Descriptions for each of these venues is available online.

SITE FEES
Fees includes: ceremony and dining chairs, dining tables, ivory linen table drapes, valet service and use of the sites from noon until midnight.

An Elegant Affair
For Saturday weddings of 60 to 140 people, the $9,500 site fee reserves the Vineyard Terrace, Manor House Lawn and Vineyard View room.

Special Gatherings
For Sunday through Thursday weddings of up to 70 people, the $5,500 site fee reserves the Fountain Terrace and Fountain View room.

Intimate Occasions
For Sunday through Thursday weddings of up to 140 people, the $5,000 site fee reserves The Vineyard Terrace and Vineyard View.

Romantic Winter Weddings
For weddings during the months of November through March of up to 80 people, the $3,500 site fee reserves The Vineyard View, Fountain Terrace and Fountain View room, Sunday thru Thursday; on Friday and Saturday, the site fee for these 2 rooms is $4500.

MEETING FACILITIES
The Harvest Inn has 3 meeting rooms; The Mountain View Room and Vineyard View Room both are ll00 square feet with vaulted ceilings, natural light, working fireplace, and panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and Mayacamas Mountains. Both of these conference rooms can accommodate up to 60 people for corporate meetings.

The new, Fountain View Conference Room, is l500 square feet with natural light, working fireplace, white board, and hidden airwall that can divide the room into two sections. The adjacent Fountain View Terrace offers lovely outdoor space and is lined with mature redwood trees and blooming plants.

The Fountain View Conference Room can accommodate up to l00 people for corporate meetings.
