Our conference service managers make planning meetings easy. As a liaison to all other departments and services, we assist with all facets of your planning needs through one contact. Rest assured, your program will be professionally managed.

All Executive Conference Rooms offer natural light, air and heat, and an executive set up which includes linens, skirted tables, paper pads, pens, water pitchers and glassware. Full service audio visual equipment is available on site which includes slide projector, flip charts, television monitors, VCRs, high intensity overhead projectors, LCD panel, white boards, easels and more. Team building and corporate events may be contracted through our conference services department.

NAPA VALLEY WEDDINGS
Allow us to create a special day that exceeds your expectations. Whether you are planning an intimate wedding ceremony or a grand event, we offer over 10,000 square feet of distinctive event space from which to select. In addition, we will be introducing the Vineyard Pavilion in the Fall of 2005. This new outdoor garden area with flowing waterways will accommodate up to 1000 guests.

Two adjoining gardens offer distinctly different settings: The West Garden, with a bridal path and wedding pavilion, is ideally suited to grand events. The East Garden, with its Victorian wedding gazebo, is perfect for more intimate ceremonies. The Vineyard Terrace Room, located adjacent to the Pavilion, can be used by the Bridal Party and then re-set for after-reception dancing until 11:00pm.

The Historic Barrel Room and Groezinger Lawn blend the character and historic charm of Napa Valley's yesteryear with the comfort and features of a modern event space. Measuring over 2,700 square feet with a 36-foot high wooden beam-and-rafter ceiling, the Historic Barrel Room offers a truly unique venue for a celebration.
