MUD BATHS

At Golden Haven couples enjoy the mud bath experience together. Each of our treatment rooms accommodates two persons so you can share this wonderful experience in privacy with your companion only a few inches away.

There are several steps to the one-hour mud bath experience. The treatment begins as you immerse yourself into your individual tub of warm mud. The combination of clay, peat and hot mineral water in the mud bath relaxes muscles and joints, cleanses impurities, and leaves the skin soft and renewed.

Next is your private hot Jacuzzi using Golden Haven's natural mineral water. Your treatment ends in the blanket wrap room as you relax under the attentive care of our trained staff. When your mud treatment is over, you might be in the mood for a massage or facial, or perhaps, a few laps in our pool. But no matter what you choose to do after your mud bath, you will have known true relaxation by enjoying a treatment loved by thousands each year.

MASSAGE AND FACIALS

Golden Haven offers massage and herbal facials from certified massage therapists. You can choose between hour and half-hour treatments. Most people prefer the hour full body massage, but you can also choose a half-hour back, neck and shoulder massage. Our one-hour herbal facial uses all-natural herbal ingredients, and includes a facial massage, hot herbal towel, herbal scrub, clay mask, nutritive moisturizing mash and a hand and foot massage. Our half-hour facials include the hot herbal towel, a facial scrub, followed by our special rose petal and cream mask.

EUROPEAN BODY WRAPS

If you have often talked about losing weight but just can't seem to follow through, the European Body Wrap may be just the thing to give you the boost you need.
