THE GREYSTONE EXPERIENCE
Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant
See chefs at work and enjoy an American Take on Worlds Flavors. The Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant features an award-winning, all-California wine list, wine “Flights of Fancy,” and hors d’oeuvre Temptations. Enjoy vineyard views with outdoor terrace dining in the warm months and cozy, fireplace surroundings during cooler months.
Begin your wine country experience on Greystone terraced gardens of herbs, vegetables, and flowers with beautiful views across the Napa Valley vineyards, or in front of a roaring fire in the lounge. Local, seasonal ingredients are the inspiration for the cuisine, which features California's bounty from the land and sea.
The dazzling restaurant space, created by noted designer Adam Tihany, offers a view of the chefs at work from every hand-crafted table. Relax and settle into your meal with "Today's Temptations," which is an array of delicious "small" bites to be shared by all at the table.
Start your meal with a glass of sparkling wine and Daily Oysters on the Half Shell or California Osetra Caviar with Buckwheat Blini and Creme Fraiche. First courses of masterfully prepared soups, pastas and salads lead to main courses that showcase the best of seasonal Wine Country ingredients in the hands of CIA chefs.
