Nancy Hawks Miller, Director of education and 20 year veteran of the industry takes you right into the beautiful 10 acre estate vineyard for an up-close and personal look at the growing conditions and management techniques essential for producing world class wine. Includes a brief visit to the winery to explore the way winemaking techniques further influence quality and character and 1.5 hour tour concludes with a private tasting of Goosecross Cellars wines. Saluté! Beginning in August, as harvest approaches, tour focuses on key winemaking decisions made in the vineyard and winery to optimize quality.
