Julia's Kitchen, named for the patron saint of the pantry Julia Child, is the main dining room at COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts. Operated by The Patina Group, Julia's Kitchen is an integral part of the COPIA experience both aesthetically and programmatically. Encompassing a dramatic open kitchen, Julia's Kitchen allows visitors to watch culinary masters in action.

Savor the California-French cuisine of executive chef Victor Scargle whose menu is inspired by hand-picked ingredients from COPIA's edible gardens and features dishes infused with the fresh taste of the season.
