Wine & Spirits Program The wine list at PRESS showcases Napa Valley, including some rare, cult wines, older vintages as well as small, locally known producers. Designed to complement PRESS's seasonal menu, the wine list will continue to evolve so with each visit, new finds may appear to entice the adventuresome taster to try a wine they've never had before. All wines are served in elegant Reidel stemware appropriate for the varietal selected and of course, will be decanted when it will enhance their enjoyment. The wait staff at PRESS is comprised of Napa Valley veterans who are well versed on the restaurant's wine selection. In addition to an exciting wine program, PRESS offers a full array of premium spirits and signature cocktails, so whether coming in to dine, or stopping at the beautifully appointed bar to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine, PRESS is the perfect spot to end a day in the wine country while watching the sun set behind the Mayacamas.
