Chandon Reserve sparkling wines reflect a robust and complex style, with weight and dimension on the palate. To perfect the richness and complexity in these wines, aged reserve wines are added to the base blends. The wine is then aged for a minimum of three years on the yeasts.

etoile wines represent our commitment to prestige cuvees that personify elegance and grace. The fruit is sourced from our most prized cool climate vineyards in the Napa and Sonoma valleys. The wine rests for a minimum of five years sur lees, building layers of depth and complexity.

Almost 30 years ago we canvassed the globe in search of idyllic terrain for growing classic Champagne varieties for our sparkling wine program. We found it in Carneros, Northern California's then- undiscovered appellation characterized by well-drained hills, bay breezes and coastal fog. We learned its nuances and how to grow the finest quality Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay there.
