DESCRIPTION
Burgess Cellars vineyard and winery represent several very unique concepts. Beginning with the fact this our winery has been family owned and operated for 30 years and our winemaker , Bill Sorenson has been with us since our first vintage. He is responsible for consistently producing high quality wine from our estate vineyards since 1972.

Realizing that it is the grapes that make the wine, we planted our hillside vineyards to Cabernet Sauvignon. This hillside was originally planted to grapes back in the 1880's, and has been replanted several times since.

All of these aspects and the use of the most modern winemaking techniques produce extremely stylistic wines of world class standards.

Each of our wines incorporates these facets and demonstrates the unique and complex quality of our vineyards.
