Visit our playful exhibition Forks in the Road: Food, Wine and the American Table. Titillate your senses and take a lighthearted yet thought-provoking look at American food and wine while you polish your knowledge and enjoy our original take on American culture. COPIA's other galleries feature intriguing changing exhibitions of contemporary art, photography, design and artifacts.
EDIBLE GARDENS
Delight in the unexpected as you tour COPIA's unique living exhibition, the Edible Gardens, with our knowledgeable guides or on your own. Amid several acres of orchards, vineyards, vegetables and herbs, you'll revel in how Mother Nature sets the table for a veritable feast. Learn about wine and food pairings in the wine gardens; discover ethnic specialities in the cultural gardens; and engage your child's imagination in the Kids' Garden. COPIA's organic gardens also yield the produce for our cooking demonstrations, cafe and dining room.
