Reata offers a selection of gourmet pairings to accompany any wine tasting. Pairings are offered daily with any wine tasting.

The Round-Up Cheese Plate $25
A variety of artisanal cheeses offer a flavorful selection to complement our flight of premium, handcrafted wines. The flavors of the food and wine flow together beautifully, adding another level to the tasting experience described as "a dance in your mouth". Start with smooth, creamy cheeses to pair with our white wines, moving to bold and savory cheeses to accompany the red wines. Each cheese plate is served with a nut cracker and fig preserves, uniquely made by Chef Karen.

Barrel Tasting
Tour our expansive production facility with a stop in the barrel room, housing over 3000 barrels of hand-crafted wines. Let your senses demonstrate the wine making process first hand. You will taste two premium wines in various stages of the aging process, directly from the barrel, followed by a tasting in our beautifully appointed tasting room.
